Welcome to Bloom Notary—I'm Ivory Westfall, a commissioned Notary Public based in Bloomington, Indiana.

With a background in business, legal studies, and real estate education, I founded Bloom Notary to offer a professional, modern, and genuinely personal service. I am a licensed Title Insurance Producer, a member of the National Notary Association, and fully commissioned for Remote Online Notarization (RON). I have also completed my real estate coursework and plan to take the Indiana Real Estate Broker exam to further assist clients in navigating real estate and property transactions.

I understand that notarizing documents often occurs during important life moments—such as buying a home, starting a business, preparing legal documents, or protecting your family's future. My mission is to make that process simple, secure, and stress-free.

Bloom Notary was created from a desire to combine professionalism with compassion.

My career began in business operations and legal studies, where I developed a strong understanding of contracts, documentation, and client care. While completing my real estate education and preparing for my state exam to become a licensed agent, I discovered a passion for helping people navigate significant legal and financial milestones.

Becoming a licensed Title Agent gave me firsthand experience with real estate closings, loan signings, deeds, affidavits, and title documentation. During that time, I noticed how difficult it was to find a notary who was both available and willing to go the extra mile. That's when Bloom Notary was born.
