Welcome to Bloom Notary. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Bloom Notary offers notarial services including general notarizations, loan signings, remote online notarization (RON), apostille facilitation, I-9 verifications, and mobile notary services.

  • Notaries are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their documents are prepared correctly before the appointment.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Identification: A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for all notarizations.

  • Document Readiness: All documents must be complete before the appointment (not signed until in the presence of the notary).

  • Witnesses: If witnesses are required, clients are responsible for providing them unless a witness add-on service is booked.​

3. Fees & Payments

  • All fees are listed on our website booking page.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Travel, after-hours, or additional service fees may apply and will be disclosed in advance.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be refunded or rescheduled without penalty.

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • If the notary is unable to complete a notarization due to the signer’s lack of valid ID, incomplete documents, or refusal to sign, no refund will be issued.

5. Limitations of Service

  • Bloom Notary does not provide legal, financial, or immigration advice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a signer appears unwilling, coerced, or unable to understand the document.

  • We cannot notarize documents that are incomplete, blank, or violate state law.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Bloom Notary is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of notarized documents after completion. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that documents meet the requirements of the receiving party.

7. Remote Online Notarization (RON)

For RON appointments, clients must have:

  • Reliable internet connection.

  • Valid ID verification through the secure platform.

  • Ability to complete the session without interruptions.

If the technology fails on the client’s end, a rescheduling fee may apply.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Monroe County, Indiana.

9. Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the new effective date.
