Refund Policy

At Bloom Notary, we value your business and strive to provide reliable, professional notary services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued.

1. Cancellations by Bloom Notary

If Bloom Notary must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergency, illness, scheduling conflict), the client will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if the notary is unable to complete the notarization due to:

  • Lack of valid, government-issued photo identification.

  • Incomplete, blank, or incorrect documents.

  • The signer’s unwillingness, coercion, or inability to understand the document.

  • Client’s failure to provide required witnesses (unless booked as an add-on service).

  • Technical issues on the client’s end during a Remote Online Notarization (RON) session.

  • Apostille or document processing services that have already begun (administrative and filing costs are incurred immediately).

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
